Greg's GroundSphere build attempt

Howdy all,
I'm going to start a maker build project, and i'm choosing the GroundShpere. I've sent a couple emails back and forth to Aaron, and he's able to be my supplier for some of the special electronics components. I'll find all the standard hardware parts locally.

I think I might have an extra ground plane that I can ship to you if Aaron doesn't have one.

Aaron and I are working it out. I actually may try the scaled up UHF or VHF version. Thanks for the offer though.

I have a scaling question about the Preamp. the Frequency response of the circuit design (http://www.g0mrf.com/432LNA.htm) looks like it goes to poop at the lower frequencies. Did you look at that in the scaled-up designs in the UHF and VHF versions of ground sphere?
Yep. The preamp was specifically selected for the 900MHz Ground Sphere,and will work quite well for UHF. I have another amp I am working on for VHF.
