Description

DMSF is a replacement for the files module. As such, the files module should be deactivated. This can currently be done on a per-project basis, but should be done on a site-wide basis.

I'm wondering if some people still prefer the Files module. I prefer DMSF by far, but I see a lot of people using Files. Again though, that may be due to the confusion over the name of the DMSF module.
