Sprint Review
Claiming Done
All PBIs for Sprint 6
Retrospective
What went well?
- We finished all PBIs
- External factors did not intrude
- Part of this is Mach 30 slowed down
- We both took time off because of the holidays
- We planned well
- Wrapped up v0.3 by the end of 2016
What didn't go well?
- In some ways, we only had such a productive sprint because Mach 30 and work (for both of us) slowed down to abnormal levels
What can we do better next time?
- Conduct planning (annual?) in a way to interleave J's commitments at Mach 30
