# Plug the SDR dongle into a USB port on your Windows PC

Note, you will need "7-zip":http://www.7-zip.org/ installed to unzip the SeeDeR executable.

# Download the *"SeeDeR zip file":https://opendesignengine.net/dmsf_files/269?download=311* and the *"MSVC 2012 runtime library":https://opendesignengine.net/dmsf_files/270?download=312*
# Run the MSVC 2012 installer (vcredist_x86_vs2012.exe)
# Use 7-zip to unzip all SeeDeR files into a directory you can access when you want to use the ground station
