It looks like the guys at OSH Park spotted the inverted drill file, because the boards are fine!
This post describes the base plate adapter boards back from the fab. Which is very informative for us because edubirdie reviews me to find out quality work. I am very impressed with this post as it gives me a chance to look back at the boarder.
