General research into all the bits and pieces we need for laying out the alpha PCB.
2 Layer is usable with restrictions
Limit components to single side or it affects manufacturability
SMT should have similar parts lined up
OSHPark has their design rules posted, they're pretty typical
Top layer must include components
bottom layer must be traces only
Plated Vias to link
