The next edition of HARP, using F grade ESTES motors running on 2 stages (boost and main) is calculated to reach 2600' based on very rough numbers, so long as the rocket remains at a 500 gram initial launch weight. The 2 planned engines at an F15-0 in the boost stage and an F15-6 in the main stage.
