I've roughed in parts of the Initial Questions document.

The "How Will This Be Used" section needs some general information on terrestrial testing. I can come up with a testing regime, but it would be nice to have input from those more in-the-know.

I haven't done enough research yet to know if I'll be able to do BSPK modulation with the TI RF Booster Pack. All of the AX.25 tweet simulation items will go out the window if I can't make that work (I think).
