XTest1 makes has two main RF paths:

The main switching and active attenuation path. This path has two inputs (one for lower power, and one for higher power, immediately attenuated by 20dB), and a single output.
An insertion loss path used to measure the insertion loss of the switch and active attenuator

The RF Switch and the active attenuator are controlled by an AVR ATMega48PA/88PA/168PA microcontroller.
