Please comment below on the 5 requirements from Choosing the technology branch for the v 1.0 roadmap regarding projects related to launch vehicle Payload Handling. Feel free to brain storm potential projects related to this subsystem, evaluate any or all requirements, or otherwise comment on the suitability of this subsystem for the v 1.0 roadmap. Note, the end result should be group consensus on requirements score and any notes to include on the evaluation page in the wiki.

Some of us have previously discussed (in passing) having CubeSATs and PicoSATs as payloads. Is this a direction we want to take this subsystem?

While I included this category for completeness, the more I think about it the more I think this is too launch vehicle mission specific to look at as a basic technology development field. I would score this possibly as low as a 0 for admin from the impracticality of finding a suite of projects without targeting a specific launch vehicle mission and that would almost certainly introduce ITAR into the mix since we would be talking about a specific launch vehicle and not general rocket powered flight technology below the threshold of export controls.
